Park home industry trade award winners

Sponsored by Quickmove and hosted by Park Home & Holiday Living magazine, the Park Home Champions awards recognize suppliers, park operators, manufacturers and park industry specialists who go above and beyond for their customers.

With over 100 nominations from park residents and industry colleagues, it was a tricky task to select the winners from an industry that features so much innovation, sustainable processes and high levels of customer service.

Thank you to everyone who nominated a person, team or company for an award. The winners were announced at The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show at NAEC Stoneleigh, with each receiving a trophy for their achievement from magazine editor Alex Melvin and Mark O’Dwyer from Quickmove!

“We were delighted to be involved in these exciting new awards, recognising the industry champions who make the park home lifestyle so appealling. Congratulations to all the nominees and I was thrilled to present the awards to  worthy winners at the show’s gala dinner.”

Award Winners 2025

Customer Service Award

People were encouraged to nominate a team, company or individual who provides the very best for their customers every single time.

Our 2025 winner was consistently praised for their “expert park home knowledge” just as much as their “passion for their work” and “warm and friendly manner”.

Winner: Mick Stacey, Twinbrook Park in Falmouth, Turners Parks Group

Highly Commended: Daisie Vincent from Wyldecrest Parks, Martin West from Tingdene Parks Ltd, Decoco Services.

Sustainability Award

The park home sector is ahead of the game in sustainability and the environment. The winner was described as “Always researching new and innovative systems and sourcing eco-friendly materials and products to go into their homes.”

Another customer said they were swayed into park home life due to the eco-consciousness of Harbur.

Winner: Harbur Park and Leisure Homes

Highly Commended: Metpow; Kingston Park Homes; Lee Pearce, technical director Omar Group.

Industry Innovator of the Year

This category recognises those who are light years ahead of the rest and who bring something new to raise standards in our sector. The winner launched an innovative Flood Adaptive Platform and Flood Early Warning System.

The team at The Flood Technology Group were applauded for their system which provides highly accurate updates as a flood event unfolds to support the timely and safe evacuation of residents. It uses unobtrusive, state-of-the-art, smart water sensors, which are deployed at strategic locations around a site.

Winner: Flood Technology Group

Highly Commended:  Harbur Park & Leisure Homes’ for The Curve home design, Parks in Video, Metpow

The Helping Hands Award

This recognises those who go the extra mile to make the park home lifestyle more comfortable for those getting older or in need of assistance. The winning park team “go out of their way to please their residents, always with a smile and a cheery chat. Maintenance on the park is carried out quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption, listening to any problems and giving advice.”

Winner:  Keith, Sharon, Pat and all the parks team at Berkeleyparks’ Suffolk site, Shepherds Grove.

Highly Commended:  The team at Omar Homes; Claire at Berkeleyparks’ Selwood Park; Jim O’Leary, park warden at Turners Parks’ Lechlade Court and St John’s Priory parks.

Best–dressed stand at the Park Home show

At the 2025 Park and Leisure Homes show, visitors voted for the Best Dressed Stand at the event. There were many brilliant displays that combined visual impact with design flair and exceptional build quality, as well as exhibitors with quirky and original displays, enticing offers and more.

The deserving winner was the team from Pathfinder Homes.

Outstanding Services to the Park & Leisure Home Industry

A bonus award was made to Pat & Jo Turner who for over 20 years have produced an excellent industry show that brings our industry and customers together.
